Order Inquiry and PianoArc Purchasing Process
The normal process and terms for the purchase of a PianoArc Product are as follows:
- 10% refundable downpayment to confirm finish/details and presets required.
- 40% to begin production (at this point, the order is firm and the shipment date established). This also places order in the production queue.
- 40% upon substantial completion (preparing to ship).
- 10% upon delivery (to ensure items arrive as expected).
