The PianoArc Circular Keyboard (Gen 5)
(Please note: with the latest circular keyboard featured at the Met in NYC, some of the older descriptions, designs, images and specifications are no longer accurate or relevant)
Blurring the boundaries between instrument, sculpture, and design object, PianoArc transforms the keyboard into both a performance tool and a work of art.
We offer customization options to meet your performance visual and design requirements. The original PianoArc was inspired by Brockett Parsons’ desire to redefine the stage presence of the keyboardist.
Action:
- 288 radial keys (24 octaves) comprised of six 48-note keyboard sections (updated for Gen 5).

- 6 Pedal inputs (1 per section)
- Default zones: 10 octave front facing “super section” (comprises the range of human hearing – which is approximately 10 octaves). 2 additional 7 octave (84-key) zones
